I worked with Tom directly for 3 years and I?ve never seen anyone else that has the ability to have such a clear and analytical vision of what needs to be accomplished. He is then able to think both inside and outside of the box to accomplish the goal.

Tom has a strong work ethic, morals above reproach, and is devoted to his family. He is full of energy, and does not have the ability to turn off his creative, solution-oriented mind. Many times I?ve seen Tom bring people with differing opinions together, and offer solutions that fit everyone?s needs.
